Game of the season - so far

Finally! A game that lived up to all the hype. Pats 24 - Colts 20 in a 4th quarter finale that felt eerily like last season’s AFC Championship game. IMO, Tom Brady played like crap for three quarters. The Colts defense was tenacious and pressured Tom all day. The refs we’re clearly in the Colts pockets too with phantom pass interference calls going against Pats defense and offense. I ate supper at half time with lump in my throat. Somehow, even after miss-managing what should have been a clear ball control situation with 3:58 left in the fourth and turning that into a quick score, the Pats came up winners because of their defense in this one. To me, it felt even closer that the score indicates. So KJ, my hat is off to your Colts. They played their asses off today. My team came out on top because of a few key plays that went our way I don’t know about you but I can’t wait to see the rematch in the post season. -Dennis-

IMHO the Pats looked rattled.....I think the Colts put enough pressure on them to cause mistakes. The Colts played a heck of a game, but the final score is all that counts. The rematch may turn out differently. Bill

| Ya got that right! Next match up will be in New England. The only differance will be in the point total. Pats by 14 or more.

| I couldn't agree with you more Bill. It was the first game this year where the Pats had a real opponent. The Colts defense was giving our O-line fits. I also agree with Chewy, the rematch in Foxborough in December with temps in the single digits and snow in the air is gonna be fun. That is what this game was really about. Home field in the playoffs. -Dennis-

Would have been nice to have had the four starters that sat out the game, especially Marvin. Oh well, we will see you boys in January....and I hope it is frigid....'cause the Colts run game looks a whole lot better than the Pats
