I hate this thing. I hate having to sit at work while the Beast attacks and act like nothing is going on. Rik

Rik, I'm so sorry that you're getting hit. Lots of PF days, Sanna

I hear you Rik. But going home isn't going to take the pain away either. You might as well get paid for it. I hope he leaves you alone soon. -Dennis-

Go to the bathroom, I used to do that and no one will notice unless I was gone for more than 20 minutes...in the bathroom I could cry all I wanted ....I would grab a cold coke and put it in my head... Hang in there, it will pass...soon...

Grab a strong coffee, knock it back and hope for the best. I hate getting hit at work. It's so hard. My face goes bright red, so I attract more attention (I work in an open plan office) with lots of people (trying to help) all plugging their fans in to cool me down... I have a very close friend with whom I work who knows all about this (as does my boss). I have given them strict instructions what to do and when. They both keep emergency energy drinks in their desks and know to move me somewhere quiet if it gets bad. Do you have someone (anyone) there who could give you this support? Wishing I could bring you something to help. Em
