I already have the outfit and I am not spending more money plus it really scares the children  ...
You can dress as a Sexy Gypsy or as Tinkerbell, you are blond and the costume is highly popular you can get one very cheap at walmart  .

Nothing... We don't celebrate Halloween back in here. But if we did (stores do stock up some decorations and costumes), I'd arrange a party and dress up as a witch. Don't worry, Helen, I would leave the hat and the broom alone, I just saw a cute witch's dress at one store...
When a friend of mine hosted a Halloweed party about 12 years ago, I dressed up as a ghost. I even made a chain to go with the outfit.

No costume but I'm going to do what I did last year.
Last year I put our front porch bench toward the entrance so everyone could see it. Then we put out a bowl of candy and a large pumpkin next to it (Self serve so to speak) But inside the pumpkin we hide one of those remote "Fart machine" noise makers.
While watching from inside behind the curtains, everytime the kids go to grab a piece of candy, I hit the remote button and out comes a big ripper. the kids laugh their butts off and so do we. Some of the reactions are absolutely hilarious, especially from the parents.
It doesn't take much to keep me entertained, but it is a blast
