Painland (poem)

Painland

I can heal my heart
I can heal my soul
just someone take away this pain
so I can be myself again
here it comes again

I'm lost in the land of pain
I'm lost in the land of pain
my sky is getting darker
my pain is getting harder

I don't know if I can take it
I don't know how long I can hold on
I don't know if I will make it
I don't know if the sun will shine again
I'm tired, I don't know what to do next
Will I fail this test

I hate this uncertainty
I want to live peacefully

I just want to be me
whoever I might be
once this devil is done with me.

I wrote this poem last night, between hits.

PF days to us all,
Sanna

Really says what we feel, you wrap the words around it very well! Hope this day brings happier thoughts to you Sanna.

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs
Wearing the tangerine suits
And their harlequin eyes.
The pain they inspire
Draws in harmonica melodies
And the feathers of birds
Which flame up at their touch.
It all comes to light in the sheer
Debonair.
