Three ILLEGAL ALIENS were jailed in mid September, in a brazen sexual assault of an uncon-scious woman in Fairview. It was an outdoor attack that was interrupted by law officers, authorities said. Police reported them, all ILLEGAL ALIENS from Guatemala, to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Am I the only one that gives a fuck?

When an illegal alien is convicted of a crime, he or she will serve out their sentences in a US prison and then be deported to wence they came. Despite what is written in that anti-Hispanic broadsheet, the vast majority of serious crimes in the US are committed by US citizens. Let us at least be honest about this situation. Maybe checking out the facts about who commits crimes and who are serving prison sentences would be a good idea. I doubt that if every illegal (hispanic) alien would be deported and never returned to the US, the crime rate would not be effected. By the way, the crime rate in the US, according to the DOJ, is the lowest that it has been in years.

| Do you have reliable facts from a government agency to prove that? Most murders are committed by someone related to or friends with the victim. Maybe you should reread your history: it wasn't too long ago that Italians were the "criminals" in the US-Mafia, Wops, Dagos, etc. were blamed for almost everything. Now it is the Mexicans and other Spics, right? Show me an FBI report or Dept. of Justice report that states that our serious crime rate has gone up because of illegal Latin American immigration and then we'll have something to talk about. It wasn't too long ago-and it still continues-that "black persons" caused most of the crime. I wonder who it will be next-of course, the reality is that US born citizens are responsible for the vast majority of crime, both misdemeanors and felonies. As for who I am, I'm just an average guy who doesn't believe everything that he reads and who thinks that Ann Coulter is an anti-Semite and an overall racist (and way to thin). I won't go into my feelings about Rush "Percocet" Windbag.

Here is a link from some website. It says that 17% of the federal prison population are illegal aliens. Only about 4% of the total US population are illegals. http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2006/3/27/114208.shtml I dont know if this site is credible or not, but they quote Investors Business Daily, which I consider somewhat credible.

| What do you mean by crime, it could be deceiving with a rise in murder and violent crime but lowered property crimes. Depends on who you listen to I guess, 0.3 percent rise in murder and a 1.3 percent rise in violent crime could be talked away as lowered crime now with a decrease of 2.9 percent in property crime balancing it lower, if one could consider that balancing it lower. Latest full year FBI stats would be from 2006. Quote:The 10 largest cities recorded an increase of 6.9 percent and nationwide the rate increased 0.3 percent, (of murder) according to the FBI's preliminary uniform crime report. Nationwide, violent crime increased 1.3 percent last year over 2005, according to the FBI's annual survey of 11,723 law enforcement agencies. Violent crime includes murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault. Property crime, which includes motor vehicle theft, burglary and larceny, decreased 2.9 percent nationwide. Criminologists say the crime is attributable to a complex mix of social and economic causes - unemployment, a resurgence in gang activity, increased traffic in illegal guns, reductions in programs for youth development, children growing up in poverty, and single-parent households. |

Thats weird, Kevin. I thought with the meth problem that property crime and robbery has increased significantly. Around here, people have started stealing steel from bridges and fire hydrants to sell to get meth. So much so that the scrap metal industry has had new requirements put in place for buying scrap metal from tweekers.

| The "magazine" artilcle that you cited said that 95% of all "outstanding" murder warrents in LA are for illegal immigrants. What does that mean? How long have they been outstanding? It sounds as if illegals are smarter than your average bear if they can avoid murder warrents in such numbers, n'est pas? All of this illegal stuff started after WWII when Jewish farmers who escaped Nazi Germany established huge citrus and vegetable farms and bought, at a good price, mind you, slave labor from Latin American governments to work the land, ensuring great profits for themselves and the Elders of Zion. In the near future, when this cabal of rich Jews and rich Protestant Americans get their slaves declared citizens, then the former slaves will vote their masters into power and they won't have to operate in the shadows anymore. Hebrew and Spanish will become the official languages of the US and every question will be answered with a question-why not? Sigmund Freud will take Washington's place on the dollar bill and "If I Was A Rich Man" will become the new national anthem (it does have a catchy tune)! Oy vay! Such a meshugga I've been! We all better start learning to write from right to left!

| Bri, Yes, I can remember that seeming to start here about 20 years ago, probably with crack, and continuing to early this century. There would be a lot of individual variation, which shows in the statement about murders. Top ten cities up 6.9% but nationwide an increase of 0.3%. Different places would of course deviate from a national average. Such as: Quote:Property crime, which includes motor vehicle theft, burglary and larceny, decreased 2.9 percent nationwide. In Philadelphia, such thefts increased 3.6 percent. |
| One opinion stated about that was: Quote:But some criminologists say the statistics tell a tale of a nation cleaved along lines of populations - larger jurisdictions that have been on the short end of federal budget cuts, as well as those cities that have had to divert law enforcement resources to homeland security. |

How about these facts. http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d05337r.pdf Results in Brief—Federal Prisons and Reimbursements How many incarcerated: • Criminal aliens incarcerated increased from about 42,000 at year-end 2001 to about 49,000 at year-end 2004. Country of citizenship: • For 2004, the majority of incarcerated criminal aliens were identified as citizens of Mexico. Costs of incarceration: • We estimate the federal cost of incarcerating criminal aliens totaled about $5.8 billion from 2001 through 2004: • direct federal costs ($4.2 billion) and • federal reimbursements to state and local governments ($1.6 billion). Results in Brief—State Prisons How many incarcerated: • Fiscal year 2002—SCAAP reimbursed all 50 states for incarcerating about 77,000 criminal aliens. • Fiscal year 2003—SCAAP reimbursed 47 states for incarcerating about 74,000 criminal aliens. • 5 state prison systems incarcerated about 80 percent of these criminal aliens in fiscal year 2003—Arizona, California, Florida, New York, and Texas. Country of citizenship: • In mid-2004, most of the foreign-born inmates for the 5 state prison systems with the most criminal aliens were born in Mexico (60 percent). Costs of incarceration: • We estimate that 4 of these 5 states spent a total of $1.6 billion in fiscal years 2002 and 2003 to incarcerate SCAAP criminal aliens and were reimbursed about $233 million through SCAAP. • 5 municipal and county jails incarcerated about 30 percent of these criminal aliens in fiscal year 2003—Los Angeles County, California; New York City, New York; Orange County, California; Harris County, Texas; and, Maricopa County, Arizona. Country of citizenship: • Data on citizenship of criminal aliens reimbursed through SCAAP not available. • In fiscal year 2003, most of the foreign-born inmates from these 5 jails were born in Mexico (65 percent). Costs of incarceration: • We estimate that 4 of these 5 local jails spent a total of $390 million in fiscal years 2002 and 2003 to incarcerate SCAAP criminal aliens and were reimbursed about $73 million through SCAAP. Results in Brief—Local Jails How many incarcerated: • Fiscal year 2002—SCAAP reimbursed 752 local jurisdictions for incarcerating about 138,000 criminal aliens. • Fiscal year 2003—SCAAP reimbursed 698 local jurisdictions for about 147,000 criminal aliens.
