Cold and damp, kinda rainy. I think there are going to be Swedish meatballs in my future sometime today. Probably served over Polish egg noodles. Barb is such a lucky girl being married to a guy who loves to cook! I actually do laundry to, "but why is everything pink?" Jimmers

It's a great day to cook... it's raining outside and Timo is in the kitchen cooking pork as I type! But then again, it's only fair... I made yummy chopped meat-kidney bean pie on Friday and apple muffins and blueberry-rasberry pie yesterday. Sanna

Dinner at Jimmers! Sounds so good. I find once the clothes get old enough the colors do not run anymore.

Pat's also making a Frisian sugar loaf for breakfast this week, and sweet potato cake with coconut pecan cream cheese frosting for dessert. Damn, life is good.

Made the Kraut and ribs that was discussed earlier this week. My 10 yr old said that she likes Kraut now. Hubby is still out hunting, but he will get a big plate as soon as he walks in the door cause he will be cold.

You tell your 10 year old that I went 45 years not liking kraut until I tried that recipe. Then I liked it too! Glad you all enjoyed it.

How did I miss a recipe on here? Pat could you email me so I can see if it's a different recipe than I make? I love kraut with ribs, or sausage.
