i have no idea who it was but THANK YOU
been on the phone this morning to boc medical (oxygen) because someone had messed up and thought 15lpm was 1.5lpm because no one needs 15lpm of oxygen ! and they wouldnt listen, so the manager there phoned ouch uk and spoke to someone who sorted it all out for me.
otherwise i would have got o2 with only 2lpm max !!
ive been having oxygen for about 9 months and never a problem untill today,
so who ever you are from ouch
