I agree, makes you wonder if he's red carpet ready but it's a Chewy favorite of some different versions, the Depends in the picture gives an alternative clue.
Personally perhaps, a necklace could have been a completing accentuation to the attire a bit. Need to see the heels too for matching compatability.
