exciting news!

Hi everyone!
So I was supposed to race this past Friday...but Mother Nature was in a bad mood and wouldn't let that happen, so the race was postponed...until next year! But that's not the exciting news...
So, I bought a car...and not one to drive around on the streets...in fact...it isn't even street legal! It's not "technically" mine yet as I only put in a deposit on it, but it is WELL within my price range and it is a GREAT deal! I am buying the car I raced in (and won in) back in July, and the guy selling it to me is awesome! I am so excited! AHHHH!!! I'm actually going to be racing next year! The plan as of right now is to race at Jefferson Speedway in Jefferson, Wisconsin so that I can still work at the other track.
I am just so excited right now...I can't believe this is happening! YAY!!!!!

I am so excited...and I plan to be on the NASCAR circuit in the next couple of years (oh what wishful thinking, but it can never happen if you don't wish for and work for it!)

Grundy County Speedway in Morris IL has racing on Fri nights. It's only a couple of hours south of you, and others from up your way come down. Would love to see you racing down here as well. Sounds great Teresa. Racing is a huge expense, especially when your engine blows. I hope you start lining up sponsers. A big OUCH hood would be nice.
