Fingers crossed

On Monday just gone i went down to London and had a Greater occipital nerve block.
They told me it would prob get worse before it got better and monday night that came true. 
Tues,wed & thursday wernt that much better but i managed to get 7 hours PF sleep last night and so far today only mild shadows 
Been having quite a rough time over the past few months and was lucky if i had 3 hours sleep a night so to get 7 hours is fantastic.
Am going out to attack all the things i have been putting off so will keep you updated on how it goes.

I get this urge to say things about bushes and trimming but ime going to be good and ignore them
