Gonna be a real stinkeroo around here tomorrow.
Personally, I don't give a rat's patootie whether Larry's a prowler of public restrooms or not, and what he does in the privacy of a public restroom is his own business, but he sure has been a "family values" kinda guy for a long time.
Dude pled guilty. I guess he can say what he likes, but either he IS guilty, or he lied in court when he pled guilty. There aren't a lot of options here, IMO.

You ain't a lyin Thomas. Besides the FACT that our own wonderful Congressmen have been either charged with or convicted of crimes more than average citizens per capita (BY FAR) , ALL these wankers , right or left, are continually peeing on OUR Constitution on a daily basis. Sad part is, most people don't give a flip as long as they have their minivans and little snot nosed Johnny gets to soccer practice on time !!!
I could give you so many examples that I can prove with Constitutional fact, but I don't know if anyone even cares or wants to hear it so I won't bother.
If anyone does, just do something I learned when I tried to hip kids to the importance of Constitutional law and how it effects all of our lives.
Ask any kid from 6 years old to 20 years old: "Name at least 2 Constitutional amendments, describe what the general intent of each was when our Founding Fathers insisted they be included before they would agree to The Constitution as our blueprint." Then ask them what that cabbage brain Paris Hilton is doing. Take a guess which question draws a blank stare and which one is expounded upon in great detail !?!?!?!?
If anyone cares about the future of a country that can right it's wrongs and once again become a model of Democracy, teach your kids about the most magnificent document we have...our Constitution.

Dave's right -- when was the last time the NEWS actually broadcast NEWS?
Our public schools are teaching sex ed, drug abuse, sports, and other things and forgetting the 3 r's. Our kids are being taught to PASS A DAMN TEST rather than learing to THINK and we're turning out a generation of robots who can't think, write, or cipher without a computer or other electronic means.
Celebs are the standards for our kids - and they're not role models for anything except debauchery, greed and ignorance.
My big question is WHAT ARE PARENTS THINKING? Why can't they SEE what's happening? Do they just not give a damn?

Thanks for having the foresight to understand why this is such a big problem....and an easier answer than one might think...sort of.
We have known here in the US that for at least 30 years now that we have been making many mistakes. The new road of correction is not that of following what has served us so well. It is now political partisanship, deception and selfishness. People become so sick of the lies, deception and phoneyness of it all, they become jaded and apathetic. Read; no voter turnout. Why would one vote "damage control" when there is truly no good options? I believe people here are generally good and would do something if they only knew what to do. The answer is so easy, it is frightening. Returning to what made us great is the answer. Remember this: The Constitution NEVER failed us, we failed it !!! Every big mistake we ever made was for this very reason. Ask me about ANY failure: slavery, unConstitutional wars, interment of US Japanese citizens in WWII, adherence to ridiculous political correctness whilst bragging about how we protect the 1st amendment.
All these failures are a direct result of straying from our blueprint. Nasty political tricks, deception and selfish partisanship do not fix problems. The Constitution attempts to guarantee every citizen fair & equal treatment under Constitutional law. It does this by setting forth certain inalienable right to THE CITIZENS to protect them from an oppressive Gooberment. The amendments have absolutely nothing to do with the protection of Government's rights. It is about OUR RIGHTS....for which you & I are the owner of, not the Govt. What it will not do is make everyone happy all the time. That is not realistic. Henceforth, I may not always agree with the outcome of Constitutional law, but if we are to share equal rights and be protected we have to consider that we live in a place with other people. And I have to support all of the Constitution...not just the stuff that "I like" What it WILL do is, set forth a blueprint for a set of rules or protections for all citizens against Govt. tyranny. It is up to us collectively to adhere and not go changing the blueprint cause "we think we know what is best for others" That is it in a nutshell.
Now, who is this blowhard to think a "nut & bolt" "monkey wrench" type of guy has all the answers to societies woes?
Fact is, I don't. I'm just a average man. Will never make the cover of Time magazine, cant dance and drag around an oxygen bottle 
But wake up y'all....it ain't about Dave. It's about your personal responsibility to adhere to what made us great and demand the same from those elected (?) goons on our dime !!!
I don't have to be a rhode scholar, all I need to know is where to go to read the blueprint. There is a frightening belief (or misconception) in the US today. It is that people believe The Constitution needs us geniuses to rewrite it cause some politician tells you that times have changed and it cant keep up. Times DO change, but the second half is an downright falsehood. All that is required is to read the intent and writings of our Founding Fathers, our Constitution and bill of RIGHTS.....remember those rights that belong to you that the Govt. wants to modify or remove from your possession? "Living document" is an attempt by both sides to skew it in their favour !!! It is "alive" only if we don't manage to kill it. It is as fluid as anything I have ever seen. The clause in The Constitution that allows for amendments to be added is expressly for the purposes of "adding in" rights....not taking them out or restricting them. Remember, the Founders wouldn't even consider ratifying The Constitution until the Bill of Rights was included. Think there is a reason to protect them!?!?!? Not one problem we have that can't be addressed & solved if we use our heads. See my tag line quote by B.F.
Still rings true today...imagine that !!!
Through all that negativity, I firmly believe we can re-capture direction. Tell your kids about this document, magnificent in it's simplicity.

No, I am not a "do it for the children" phoney. It is just simple common sense. Even a tin bender like myself can understand.

Mitt Romney sure threw Craig off the sleigh. Didn't waste any time doing it, either.
It's a circus here. I never saw so many vehicles from the major networks running around. Idaho and its senior senator are today's media one-day wonder. Maybe we'll get a sitcom out of it. Call it "Brokeback Bathroom". (I stole that.)
