Lucky To Be Alive !! UPDATED W/ PICS !!

I made it through the surgery okay. I'm sore with stitches on both sides of my chest now. (Don't even know how many I have). Today, they had to shave my chest hair 
Check this out:
The 'interventional radiologist / surgeon said he's been doing this for 14 years and had never seen this happen before. The old port line went up my neck into my juglar vein and did a complete turn around, partially blocking the juglar. He said it could've easily created a blood clot which could've killed me. He also said it wasn't anything I did recently and that I had been walking around like this for awhile. He said there is scarring on the inside of my juglar vein too. I'm lucky we found this before anything serious happened, like a stroke.
They took pictures of it and I'm supposed to get a copy of it. It was an eerie sight to say the least. If / when I get a copy of it, I'm going to post it so you guys can see it too 
I spent a total of 2 hours on the operating table, in and out of conciousness. Now, I'll spend a few days healing.
And oh yea, the clusters have been relentless. I've already used 4 (4mg) imjections today and I'm totally out of Trex (and it's only 9pm)... but I got a family member bringing me some up as I type. (Should be here within an hour)
So, anyways, I'm back, I"m a little more scarred up now, but at least I made it in one piece !!

I know you said it never worked for you before, but would you humor this old fart and try OXYGEN again, but at a higher flow rate? Up to 25 LPM. Make sure the non-rebreathing mask is sealing properly, and the valves are working right.
If there is any question in your mind, take the whole mask off the plastic valve assembly, and breathing though your mouth, only, suck the O2 directly from the bag. Make SURE that no ambient air, or CO2 is getting into your lungs! ONLY 100% oxygen!
PLEASE try it again, as I described? You never know, until you try it, if it will work for you or not.

Michael, just because you lived through this crisis does not mean there may not be another one. If you were in danger of a stroke, and there is damage to your jugular...you could still have a stroke using too much Imitrex.
Please try O2 again, or zyprexa, or something that will not kill you.

Since I higly value both Chuck & Nani's words, I will try the O2 once again and see if it helps ! Thanks for caring you guys !
I'll let you know when I'm ready to try and how it goes.

The risk of stroke to Michael was increased due to the wire being stuck in the jugular vein. Blood flow is slower in veins than in arteries so with a foreign body in the vein blocking it further, the flow can be slowed enough that a clot can form here. If a clot is formed in the jugular vein, since its in the neck and so close to the head, it has a great chance of traveling to the brain causing a stroke.
Damages to the inside of the vein would be caused by the wire rubbing against the lining ( endothelial cells ) of the vein. This can temporarily increase plague formation which in turn increases the risk of clot. However, blood vessel cells renew themselves all the time and the damage can be reversed given enough time.
This doesnt mean that from now on Michael has a permanent or long term increased risk of stroke compared to previously. Therefore the use of Imitrex ( within recommended dosages ) should not worsen the condition.
I would urge Michael to discuss his use of Imitrex with his treating doctors rather than stop using Imitrex.
However, to give O2 another try is an excellent idea and I am right behind Chuck with this.

I'm still here in the hospital. I may get to leave tomorrow. I'm doing the last bag of Histamine right now.
I went down and spoke to the surgeons in interventional radiology and they gave me a CD with my detailed medical report concerning the the first of the two procedures. I had to share the pics !!
BTW, I had NO IDEA that I had Balloon angioplasty the other day !!
Notice my right Jugilar vein in this first pic:
They tried to 'lasso' it or hook it and pull it out unsuccessfully:
