How big of a condom do you need?

There are 2 old ladies sitting at the park. When it starts to rain, one of the old ladies pulls out a condom, cuts off the end and slides it over her cigarette.
The other old lady says, "Where did you get those?"
"You can get them at any corner drug store. I had it when my cigarettes get wet."
The next day the second old lady goes into the corner store and asked the pharmacist where the condoms where.
The Pharmasist looked at the this 80 yr old gal odd and ask just what kind it was that she needed.
"I dont give a damn what kind it is, as long as it is big enough to fit a Camel."
The Pharmasist woke up the paramedics giving him smelling salts.
