No matter how many people attempt to sing this on "american idol"...or whatever it's called....no none can come close to this song...but the late great Dusty...

It's well...you know...ladies.  She sings this without acting sleazy...I hope it brings a bit of enjoyment to any of us that could use it.  Enjoy!

One of my all time favorites...RIP Dusty.  "Son of a Preacher Man"

Before my time, but I do remember it from Pulp Fiction, a great scene with Uma Thurman.

I fell in love with it from Pulp Fiction as well...definately a great scene...great movie.

I had to watch it a few times to figure out it starts from the end...as graphic as some of the scenes were, it was actually funny...like when Vincent(John Travolta) shot the guy in the back seat by accident....Quinton Terrintino(sp?) really did an awesome job when he was angry about them bringing the car to his house to clean it up...

But Dusty Springfield sings this song like no other.
