I was informed my time at our current shelter is running out and we will be required to move this week. This in spite of my doing everyting to a "T" I have been told to do by our caseworker even if I didnt agree, like taking all my time to attempt to get public housing and not worring about getting a job. I have documented many many appointmants and interviews in my attempts to secure public housing.....if I would have secured employment a month ago I could be out on my own by now but I thought my caseworker knows best.......so I complied.
I should have just went to work but would have been given an "exit date" sooner for not following my case plan.
I am told we will not be "set-out" on the but this has added much stress to an already stressfull situation.
I dont know what to tell the kids this afternoon if anything. I guess I shoyuld have an answer to the problem before I approach them.
I am more sorry than you can know for whinning.
God and you folks have been so good to us...and my Faith is strong.
I am still just wore out, broke, and sick.....geez..... 
Never, I repeat NEVER allow yourself to be at others mercy such as The Goverment.
Thanks for allowing me to rant.............again.......

Thank you all so much,
The kids and I are OK...so far.
I have packed up our stuff and moved us to the new shelter, looks OK so far.
Good news, I received a letter yesterday from the Housing Authority and our application is moving forward, looks like we may be in permanant housing soon, a couple of weeks at most. This place is more geared to let me WORK.....which is the solution to this whole issue.
The kids will be delivered here this afternoon and I am making this an adventure as much as I can, they are so good.
I should be at work next week.....this week is booked already but I expect to go back to work even if it is through a Temp, I NEED to work.....and will.
Thank you all so much for your kindness and letting me complain........it is getting better around here.
Onward........thanks you all!!!!

I'm glad you have a bit more knowledge now - its that worry of what is happening next that's the killer isn't it?
