Hi Ike,
first you need to set up an account at a hosting site like shutter fly or photo bucket. Once you have done that you can then upload your pics from your comp to the online hosting site.
Once you have uploaded them you can then post them on to here and other sites, to do this you click on the pic and copy the properties of the pic then come back to here and start your message.
Above the box you type your message in you will see lots of little grey boxes on the bottom row of grey boxes the 4th one along looks like a little picture click that and the paste the properties of the pic in between the image boxes. Once you have done this your pic should be showing if you click preview.
If you get any probs let me know and i will be happy to give you a call and talk you through it.
