CH population increased by 1

Well yesterday was a first for me and hopefully will be an ongoing trend. I had my first visit from a friend from this site. Ray graced me with a visit on his way through to another part of the state.
Ray is just as I imagined, a soft spoken, inteligent good hearted man with a sense of humor twisted enough for me to enjoy!
It was an extreme pleasure and honor to have Ray as a guest.
Ray approaches with trepidation as Oscar barks viciously at the door.
Ray survived meeting us and rests.
A beautiful gift set that Ray's wife actually made.... MMMMM Mandarin soap, lotion and salt.
Before Ray's departure.
We had a great time and it was such a hoot to have a friend visit.

The same thing applies to CH'ers, are all CH'ers just really cool people, or do only really cool people get CH?? I haven't had the displeasure of meeting a bad CH'er yet! Congrats on another mini meet and greet Tony, thanks for the pics!!!

Guiseppi is right - Clusterheads and their families are just downright nice folks.

It is very nice, it's the first thing that caught my eye  .
So nice you guys get to meet. And yes I think God makes the decision to who gets CH and who doesn't. CH receiver should have a big heart and be a nice person.

Well regardless of when you show up... I will always feel honored. ain't nuffin like the warm fuzzy feelin' you get from meeting another of the ch family. Like meeting kin.
The garden just about takes care of itself now.. it's all perennial... so my biggest chore is to deadtop. I've been pretty lucky so far this year as far as the plants go considering the blight of japenese beetles and the long drought.... eventually if I get the motivation my yard will be void of any grass other than ornamentals. I guess the closed in feeling I get from the plants help me to feel secure... and there is nothing like the texture and color that a garden of perennials can offer.

Tony was an excellent host and made me feel most welcome from the start. Heck, he even shared his O2 with me to abort a couple of hits! Good food, good company and good times.
After being away from this CH nuthouse for a week or so makes it so hard to catch up on posts, I just found it. I am coming down from a hit and need to get some sleep.
I hope to get to visit with Tony again. I'm surprized that nobody commented on my T-Shirt!
