Never a top bar, but I did take a square kick in the nuts from an ex in a bar one night, it seems she couldnt handle setting free what was not coming back......LOL

I took a mountain bike bar to the crotch...it hurts women too...and more than once. I prefer "boys" bikes to girls...oh well...yeah, Rugby equals pain.
