Another Strange Pic

where we ride. 1st this is the camera we are using. 2nd I do not have photo shop. 3rd what are these circles we keep seeing? 4th is a pic that was taken seconds after the one with the circle and trails behind it. No circles in it.
This is the second time these things have shown up in my pics at the cycling center in which we ride at.
Any Idea's on this again?

Ray. there was no sunlight at the time. it was about 8:30pm and a lot of trees. The flash went off automatically.
