No I was not on the bridge, but drove over it at 5PM. The bridge is right next to the river lock, so it's unlikley it was hit by anything on the river. Roland..

I see how it is, The I35W bridge falls and monkey face beats a path to our town to build bridges. Maybe he’ll allocate emergency funds to help rebuild it. The downed bridge may be slowing the Mexican invasion and he won’t stand for that! On the other hand the $800 mil allocated for the border fence will just sit there till the invasion is over and the fence is no longer necessary. Where’s the fence George? I wish he would put his energy into doing his job and leave the bridge building to us (the locals who live here in Minneapolis). Do you think Bush will mention how important the bridge is to his so called temporary workers who will never leave! Rolo..

Um, Bush has pledged 5 Milion dollars to Minneapolis so they can rebuild the bridge ASAP and not have to wait years until they can afford it. What more do you want?

| Like I said, I want him to get going on the boarder fence! I would rather live without the bridge than to be stuck in the swarm of illegal aliens invading our town! We don't need Bush pitty money to rebuild it. You would think there was a huricane here the way the press are on this story like stink on dog do. Oh yea, I voted for his dumb ass. What a world when our presidential choices come down to a dumb ass vs. a stupid ass. Can you say just vote for ass?

Sorry if I sound nasty about the Bush-bridge thing! K7’s all night every two hours has left me in a foul mood this morning. Maybe after I get some more coffee in me and the shadows go away I’ll be better. Rolo..
