Here's a small battery of K bottles. At 2600psi they hold from 190 to 210 cu.ft. of compressed 02...not liquid. We'll go to school on them some other time. I think of you all when I go by these. 
Look at this one, way older than I am..he..he.
You can see the hydro test stamps, the first one was in 1946. That puts production pre WW2. Very durable indeedy.
