In talking with several people, I discovered that the creator of our fantastic RichCon logo, is widely unknown.  Let me fix that right now!

The creator, designer and artist that made this for us is none other than our own Tony ... Artonio!!!

Let's here it for Tony!!!

YEEHAW!!!

These were on the front and rear of our shirts, and on the pamphlets that were handed out.

Helluva job, Tony!!  Thank you!

 Jennie Amabile's Fabulous anise cookies

6 extra large eggs
1 cup Vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp of anise oil OR 2 tsp of lemon extract
_____________________________________________________________
Mix all ingredients on medium speed in a mixing bowl. The dough is very soft.
If it does not hold some semblance of a shape  add a little more flour.

Cover and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Spoon the dough onto a greased cooking sheet and form loaves the length of the pan by about 2 inches wide.

Preheat oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a light golden brown.
_______________________________________________________________
Let cool before adding the icing.

The icing.

Powdered sugar, a little whole milk and lemon OR anise oil to suite your taste.

Refrigerate for a while after icing then cut into small slices.
