A Positive Note

I got some great sleep hours and am feeling good right now so I wanted to take this chance to once again send thanks out to all for their support and encouragement.
I know that many of us are going through rough spells together just now and I hope that all of you know that my prayers and vibes are coming whether I am able to post them or not.
Lets all remember to keep those folks on our "special" vibe lists in mind and in our hearts. I was thrilled to read MarkC's post of yesterday and fervently hope that he and his will quickly find the life and means that they deserve.
Jeff, Scott, Nani, Helen, Lizzie's secret friend, Mike, Ta, Cat's Clark and so many others that can use an extra thought each day.
Please when you read this add those that I have once again not made specific mention of so that we can pool our strengths and send them out where they are most needed.
Judging from posts perhaps Goatie and anyone that gets Chuck for a cheerleader should get some attention 
Today starting at 1:00 pm I will be the infield rover (Security) for the racing then music and finally fireworks display at Sam Houston Race Park. If recent HA activity stays the same it is really going to suck from about 7:00pm on but I will win the battle and be back to look in on ya'll after.

We are having a quiet (as quiet as is possible in the city of Omaha on the 4th hehe) day, with a friend visiting and a BBQ this evening awaiting the fireworks that everyone in the city sets off in front of their house.
May you all enjoy your day whatever it may entail

Back atchya Tim. Hope ya get some good sleep again. I was just about to post about my decent sleep last night.... I think cause I switched my entire dose of Topa to at night (Barbs suggetion a ways back) but but I ramble once again

I wish you a wonderful, as PF as possible day today. I do hope that the beast will leave you alone - or at least it allows you to enjoy the parts of the day you're looking forward to the most!
I agree with you about the vibes: it's important to keep on sending them, whether one mentions it in here or not. I send prayers to my blood family each night, so it is natural to include my ch family every night, too.
