We are OK.
Still settling in and really busy..it's all good.
I am getting much done every day toward getting back on my feet. I still have a way to go but I am moving forward.
There has been quite an adjustment to this but we are in a safe and clean place. God has a plan.
There have of course been much pain involved with this and there is still much to deal with most of which I am not sure how, but I have faith.
I have a new mailing address if anyone would care to write;

I am hoping to get my cell back on soon as possible then I can make some calls. Phone usage is very limited where we are.
I am at The Library now having completed my initial assesment phase I have some more freedom now.
I want to thank all of you so much for the help in so many ways, money, prayers, cards....I have been overwhelmed.....you guys are truly friends, more than I have ever had.
The kids are good, the food is good and we are positive in our spirits, God has been very good to us.
I will be in touch a little more often now that I can get out.
There has been a bit of "culture shock" for the kids moving from the country to downtown but I have been able to show and teach them much about our town, Knoxville. It has really been fun at times.
It is a long way from over....not working yet but I am sure that in the next week or two I will. Child care, transportation etc are still some hurdles.
I love you guys.......again......thank you so much for all you have done.

Mark - I've been following your story and I just wanted to say "Goodluck" and I hope you find some work soon. I also believe that god has a plan for you and your family. I know that you guys will make it ... things will work out soon ... I just feel it !! You seem like a good guy and a great father ... Keep the faith !

Mark you guys are in our prayers. Keep that positive attitude, it'll help not only you but the kids will pick up on it. I have said it before here and I believe its true, some of the best things in my life have come from the worst. Everything has a way of coming together. Take for instance in September 2000. I lost everything I owned. My coffee pot shorted out during the night and caught the house on fire. What the fire didn't ruin, water and smoke damage did.. I had been working a job I hated. To make a long story short, I found a job in the paper that day that I love and it has taken me far. Everything happens for a reason, just have faith.

I am glad to hear things are on the right track. However, I understand that its still a long road to travel yet and life roads are not well maintained, there are many pot holes and ditches, many are not foreseeable or avoidable. So please remember that I am here for you anytime you need and I will do anything I can to help. Dont ever hesitate to ask. I am only a PM/email away.

I am so glad to hear you are doing better with that IRS crap....I have prayed for you.....something about hard times that makes me a litte closer to God.. 
Thank you for the mail too...little things like laundry are a challenge....we somehow seem to get it done!
You all have been so good to throught the years and I am still overwhelmed by the friendships I have made here.....this place is truly amazing!

If all goes well with child care and transportation next week I should be back in workforce by months end and will be out of the "loop" in 90 days or so, at least that is my plan. Sometimes God's plan is a little different..
We went to the Worlds Fair Park yesterday and we had a great time....it was nice to take a day off and just hang out with "normal" folks..
