Actually, if it had been any normal prosecutor, instead of one with an agenda, it never would have gone to trial. This persecutor prosecutor had to go before several grand juries and had to basically brow beat the last one into finding there was enough to go to trial. There was no case, because there was no crime until Libby's perjury. This prosecutor should be suffering the same fate as the Duke Lacrosse Team prosecutor.

BUt leave it to the cry baby democrats to make a big stink about it. Didn't Bill C pardon a guy who fled the country get a pardon for something much worse??

Yes. Quite simply it's a coverup and a full pardon will ensue if need be to insure that it works.
Is the press against Dubya? You bet and it's about time. When he shoots himself in the foot, it hurts the country more. Who would have thought that someonce could make Nixon look good?

Scooter obstructed the investigation and or lied about the investigation into the outing of an undercover agent. Convicted of 5 counts.
We still dont know who put lives in jeopardy by outing this agent......but this administration doesnt care.
