Gosh. Without knowing what you've tried, your medical history, etc., I wouldn't even know where to start. For instance, I might think "Verapamil," but I don't know if you have extremely low blood pressure, which would prevent me from recommending it. Only your doc knows all that stuff, so if you like and trust him, go with what he recommends. If you like, read the medical info link at the left for a more comprehensive list of what to try. http://www.clusterheadaches.com/about.html P.S. - I think you wanted your tagline to read "Go Brewers," right?

You really shouldn't take DHE IM shots everyday anyways. DHE is a powerful vasoconstrictor, so I would NOT recommend increasing the dose either ( that could prove dangerous ). DHE is not meant to be taken as a preventative either ... although it's given @ hospitals to try and 'break the cycle' of headaches Unless you were referring to Migranol (Nasal DHE) ... either way, you need to find another preventative. DHE is NOT good for the long term. Tell us more about what you've already tried. Goodluck UNsolved
