Hope all is well with you guys.

It's been a while since I've had a chance to check in with you all but know that I have thought about you guys and hope you and yours are doing well.
I had a chance to talk with Helen last week and I have to tell you what a boost that was for me. I hope you're doing good babydoll, if not, then it's whips and chains! Hope you have a GOOD AIM. ASB, I got your letter and your pm's, I think God worked overtime when he created you, you are a great lady. Not much has changed with me except for the extended and often odd hours i find myself awake helping my pops who I fear may be in his last weeks on this earth.
No longer are we having to spend endless hours at Duke Medical Center these days as we have hospice to help and guide us now. It has really hit home with me that I'm close to losing my father. Sorry if I sound like a wimp or wuss but this man has meant a lot to me and to brother and sister. Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hey, hope all is well.

Haven't taken that walk yet. My dad and I are tight, he's 79 and not a day goes by I don't worry about how much time we have. Treasure every day you get with him. You're blessed to have the relationship you have, and the priveledge of helping him thru this journey and onto the next. In my prayers.

We worry about you too so don't MAKE me call you again (although I will just to hear you crap yourself cos its fun!) Any time you need anything you just say, if you don't I'll kick your arse so hard you won't be able to sit down for a stiletto sticking out of your bum. Day or night if you need us we'll be there.

If you need to get away for a half day down to Charlotte to meet another clusterhead you give me a yell. Besides the CH thing, I'm also walking the same walk you are on the family thing right now. We engaged hospice about 2 weeks ago for my Dad too. He seems to have gotten a lift from it to be honest. I think he reached a point where the chemo had maxed out its benefit and was toxic from that point on.
