as soon as the rooms are released they will be gone!!! Do NOT delay if you need a room book one today!!!! PLEASE!!!
New hotel deadline is JUNE 19

 We won't be able to make it to the Convention!! Ray's family has a family reunion at up state NY every year, and we are going to go there. I am saddened by this, but it is very important that we go there, as it will probabaly be the the last time there! We wish for all of your blessings! And we hope YOU ALL have a pain free weekend! My biggest get together so far was the 7 ch'ers and their families in San Diego this year. I so can't wait to see a gathering of this many of us in one place! Liable to tilt the earth off its axis!!!

Get booking everyone - Seriously!
There is abig event going on in Richmond that weekend - a 400 year anniversary and I have been told that as soon as the unbooked rooms are released they will be snapped up. You won't get in anywhere else from all accounts either so hurry, hurry, HURRY!!!
Don't forget to register as well as poor Rori needs to know how many people we are going to feed and need t shirts etc for.

if you know of a friend who hasn't reserved their room yet call them right now and tell them to do it today!!! I'm not kidding..they will be sold out as soon as we release the rooms in our block.
