Heat and Hits

Ok, help me understand this: the past 3 days have been warm, hot, unbearable for the likes of me who love sunny days but not heat. But, for some reason, ch has been very odd during these 3 hot days. Day 1 - persistant shadowing, mild hit Day 2 - 3 hits Day 3 - PF I ate pretty much similar ways during these 3 days, I had about similar amount of water, I had my 8 hour sleep. The beast IS unpredictable, but this is bit ridiculous! Wishing PF days to us all, Sanna

Heat is a killer for me....I can't sweat and therefore overheat and the CH from that is horrid....it seems like it takes days before the shadows cease...so I stay inside most of the time when its sunny and hot outside....so I feel ya sista! hope you're feeling better sweetie!

Thank you, April. I try my best to stay inside as well, but there's always errans to run... It's hot today as well, +27C. It's funny, but all through winter this city has been a windy one, but come summer and heat, the wind is gone. I could use some on days like today. PF wishes, Sanna

Yeah, I'm in Oklahoma City and we get a little windy from time to time.... but it always seems when its 100% humidity and 110 degrees outside there is not a breath of wind to speak of....I would love to be more "outdoorsie" (sp?) but its just not in the cards...maybe I can have sweat glands put in and maybe that would help...I wonder if you can do that? hm... stay cool sweetie...do you have window unit air conditioners? I LOVE them...you set those suckers on 60 degrees and just stand in front of it until you feel like its the dead of winter....

Didn't know it got so warm in Finland. Yikes. I always feel better in cool weather and loved sitting by an open window in winter when getting hit...anywhere cold. Still, while I love October, it was the time of year that I could depend on for getting hit over and over for 30 plus years. Ya never get a break. Charlie

Sanna, I also didn't know it got that hot in Finland....we've had a couple of weeks of mid to high 90s (F) sorry don't know celsius scale. And I've been in a very high cycle. Today though, its low 80s and humid and breezy. I feel shadowy but no major hits. Go figure, huh? Praying for a bunch of PFDAN for ya my friend! kathy

April, we don't have window unit air conditioner (I'm not sure if you can get those back in here) but we do have some sort of air conditioner. My wonderful supporter put it together yesterday morning, bless him! I'm keeping all the windows open and pray for the wind! Charlie & Kathy, it gets hot during the summer months here as well. Naturally +27C and warmer did not used to be that common and certainly not so early in the summer, but these things happen. Today should be hot as well but it should get bit colder at the end of the week. And that means +23C - which is the usual temperature this time of year in here. I wish us all lots of PF time! Sanna

Just a few conversion numbers for those of you who don't know them: 0C = 32F - Freezing point of water 20C = 68F 23C = 73F 25C = 77F 27C = 81F 29C = 84F 31C = 88F 100C = 212F - Boiling point of water Chuck
