Kids and I had company for dinner last night, namely my brother and sister. With the rain, grilling out wasn't an option, so I roasted two whole pork tenderloins in caramelized onions and mushrooms. Asparagus, garlic buttered pasta, tossed salad, and Vanilla ice cream with a home made mixed berry sauce to top it off with.
Needless to say everyone had stuffed tummys.

Not last night...
Tonight however is going to be a variation on traditional Egg Drop Soup. Will be adding chicken and oriental noodles to the broth and egg flowers and of course .....Crusty Bread...
