It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

Hubert Shipley-US Navy WW II died this year, taking a legacy with him that won't be matched. James Morris Sr.-WW II (The father-in-law I never got to meet). And to those thousands upon thousands who we have never met.

Freedom isn't Free. Thank you to those who have served, are serving, and the families of those who have given all. http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/chief_land_staff/remembrance/English/video. asp http://www.army.forces.gc.ca/chief_land_staff/remembrance/English/song.a sp Lyrics: A Pittance Of Time 4:43 Written by Terry Kelly © Jefter Publishing - SOCAN They fought and some died for their homeland. They fought and some died, now it's our land. Look at his little child; there's no fear in her eyes. Could he not show respect for other dads who have died? Take two minutes, would you mind? It's a pittance of time, For the boys and the girls who went over. In peace may they rest, may we never forget why they died. It's a pittance of time. God forgive me for wanting to strike him. Give me strength so as not to be like him. My heart pounds in my breast, fingers pressed to my lips, My throat wants to bawl out, my tongue barely resists. But two minutes I will bide. It's a pittance of time, For the boys and the girls who went over. In peace may they rest. May we never forget why they died. It's a pittance of time. Read the letters and poems of the heroes at home. They have casualties, battles, and fears of their own. There's a price to be paid if you go, if you stay. Freedom's fought for and won in numerous ways. Take two minutes, would you mind? It's a pittance of time, For the boys and the girls all over. May we never forget, our young become vets. At the end of the line, It's a pittance of time. It takes courage to fight in your own war. It takes courage to fight someone else's war. Our peacekeepers tell of their own living hell. They bring hope to foreign lands that hate mongers can't kill. Take two minutes, would you mind? It's a pittance of time, For the boys and the girls who go over. In peacetime our best still don battle dress And lay their lives on the line. It's a pittance of time In peace may they rest, Lest we forget why they died. Take a pittance of time.

For my friends and brothers (in service): A1C Hawkins (USAF) - June 30, 1967 - Jan 1, 1987 Amn Bowman (USAF) - Apr 23, 1966 - Jan 1, 1987 A1C Goldbach (USAF) - Apr 21, 1965 - Jan 1, 1987 Taken by a tragic accident in the prime of their lives while we were serving overseas together. Rest in Peace my friends. Your lives and passing is remembered with each passing new year with some fond memories and some sadness. To all others I have served with, who have passed, and to those currently serving that I'll never know -- my heart and spirit is with you always! Given the current situation in our world, it saddens me to think many more lives will be snuffed out before they have the chance to really live ...
