Opps I did it again...........................

Am haveing a wierd OFF week......Brad took off this week for my birthday and our anniversary and he's is getting sum house projects done (cool cool cool) and we have alot of weekend plans. I am getting alot of help with stuff too while he is home. But......I twisted my ankle so hard this morning walkin down the driveway with a bucket of water to go water sum plants that it I felt my ankle ON THE GROUND and then it flipped me so fast I didn't even catch myself !!! It was as if I got tackled from the side by a football player I went down so hard. So....................looks like all the stuff that involved "walking" this week and weekend will be comprimised. I busted it BUT GOOD and it hurts worse then the last time and won't stop acheing and hurting.....can not even think of walkin on it but I AM MAKEIN AN EFFORT cuz I got work to do and am not one to sit around. I had a spiral break last time and this time it hurts worse then that by a long shot. I been crawlin outside pullin weeds and doin chores. Wish me luck with this weekends holiday events !!!! This is about the 4th time I have broken this foot.........good grief........but I got around better then this time. Healin vibes would be nice to speed this mess up !!!!! And I thank you !!!!

Sorry to hear about the ankle Coots. I'd reccomend you stop wrastelin water cans in the drivway

I'm sorry too. How about elevating it and putting ice packs on it for 15 mins or so at a time. If you can handle something like Ibuprophen, that might help too.
I broke a foot a couple of years back and I feel your pain. I hope you heal QUICKLY!

THANKS GUYS !!! I still can't get over how twisting my ankle all the way to the ground FLIPPED ME that hard like sumone ambushed me from the side knockin me down. I twist my ankles all the time but never this hard to THROW ME DOWN ! I had a terrible time gettin around that nite......Brad went to his golf league game which is fine.......but I have alot to do with all these animals and dog kennel and new pups and mom's due.....it's all stuff you CAN'T let go with cleaning and all. So I had to climb onto a bar stool to get sumthing in the dog room and the chair flipped and I fell......yup......more bruises and bangs cuz I fell hard from up high. That slowed me down a bit. I ended up crawling thru the house to get here and there to do stuff I HAD to do......Carpet burn knees Pam
I am hobblin around today....I can at least put sum pressure on it now cuz I "had" to help Brad fix sum sideing on the house.
