i just thought id share this with you all because i feel like the happiest man alive today
after 10months and 6days ive had 72hrs painfree i mean NO PAIN AT ALL NOT EVEN A TWINGE
ive had a couple of pain free days with the use of pred but still had shadows
but this is fantastic, life is good 
also i gave up smoking 48 hrs ago and seems to be going well
