here's what's new with me

So my neurologist drug his feet about getting an appt. with the pain clinic. The nurse at his office told Sam don't call us we'll call you when we get her an appt. and then left us in limbo. I called my gp and he returned my phone call while I was in the middle of a kip 10, I have never talked to my own doc during a high kip before. I was bawling, telling the doctor I didn't know what to do. He asked if the neuro knew I was still this bad off and I said yes and that his nurse told Sam don't call us we'll call you. OOhh was my gp pissed at the neuro. Well the gp called the pain clinic that day (friday) and again on monday. Then the pain clinic called me yesterday with an appt on weds day thanks to a cancellation. They said it was unusual that they had 2 different refferals, one from a neuro and one from a gp, but the one from he gp was what got me in because he was so persistent. What a wonderful man huh?!
I had the weekend from h*ll. Came down with the worst flu. Power puking so bad that I must have repulled those muscles in my back and chest that weren't fully healed from my car accident cause I was having the worst muscle spasms EVER! To top it off I had my monthly migraine to go along with my outta control clusters. Thankfully the pukies, migraine, and spams have subsided, still a little sore and run down. I just wish the ch would calm down!
Well that's my update in a nutshell. Do you voodoo/prayers/vibes and whatever you all do best that the pain clinic can help me. I need a break badly! Esp since I'm a chaperone (first time) for Sammies field trip to a science center at the ocean on Friday and I would love to fully enjoy it!

I thought I had the official Jeff B voodoo doll... Helen check the label. Mine was made by a group of cloister nuns from Santa Barbara... they broke their vow of silence to tell me it was the only one.

Your's might be the only one from the little sisters of the misconception in Santa Barbara but mine was made by Sister Inviolata from the Sisters of Divine Misinterpretation in Louisiana and we all know they know more about voodoo but lets not argue - we're doing pretty well cos he's keeping quiet!
Now where did I put those flaming batons??!
