I've just been talking to Yorky and I had to tell him to get off the phone and go and get on the O2 - he's getting hammered all over the place and could really use some support from all of us right now, the poor bugger doesn't know which way is up 
Yorky, we're always here for you hon, and for Tracey too don't you DARE EVER feel you can't ring me, anytime, day or night cos I know where you are and I'll break your bones and not mine if I find out you needed help and didn't ask!
I'll see you in just over two weeks so God help you if you don't listen to me!

sorry been busy.docs..etc..
not too bad today..as of yet no pain 
and no shadows...(so i am going to sit in the back garden..because it is sunny)
