... my father passed away.

Since then April has had new shades for me.

This year, today, I don't feel sadness nor anger. I don't feel regret for not telling him "I love you" often enough. I do not wonder what kind of things we could have done together, if he would be here today.

I just feel honored, humbled, thankful that I got to know a man like him. A good, kind, honest, reliable, silly, humble man, who loved outdoors and his family and was a great friend and co-worker. It is still an honor that I had him as my father.

My father taught me to dream and that lesson still carried me today. Thank you, dad. Wherever you are, I hope you're happy. I love you. RIP.

He knows you love him,  He will always be with you. As long as you remember him, He will live in your heart. I bet He is proud of his little girl. Wherever He is at , He is looking at you.  Wink

It sounds like too you were blessed with a wonderful father. I know how you feel ... I still think about my father almost every single day. My dad passed away Feb 7th, 03'  . He was the greatest man I ever met. I couldn't have asked for a better set of parents. If I turn out to be half the man he was ... God will smile upon me.

I was the last person to talk to my dad. I'm so glad I was with him, holding his hand. He knew I was there too. It somehow made it a little easier on me.

Love ya dad !!   Rest in Peace !!

Sanna,
A great tribute to an obviously great man.
I bet he's looking down and smiling at his
beautiful little girl.Sounds like you both were
lucky and that your Mom was a lucky woman
to have the Love of a great man.Call your Mom
and give her your Love your both missing an
 important man in your lives.
Minnie who's gonna call her Dad and say "I love you"
Which I always say when I talk to him and my Mom.
