It looks like it... But I don't know much about medical regulators.
My dog knocked over my tank yesterday and killed my reg... Angry

Actually, I have a CGA 540 medical regulator and it fits on my welding O2 K tank quite well with no adapters or special fittings.  
 
The description says it will fit an H, K or M tank.  If you have one of those, then I think it should work.

Sorry it took me so long to get back. I've been really busy...
 
I'm not sure but I think my tank is an "E"... It's 80 cu ft, and I also have a 40 cu ft tank I recently aquired for traveling. Both have the same size... Whatever it's called... Output thingy...
