Experiment anyone?

Since I have recovered from my last beating, I feel the need for another. 
This session with Ch is running over 8 weeks for me, where the beast wakes me totally pain free and in a few moments it comes on strong. I get to wipe my eye, blow my nose and bam....
By my choice I have not used know remidies to to abort. No O2 and no trex, and mainly just take the beating trying things like drowning myself, and got my grubby mits on Red Bull and again tried to drown myself. None of those worked for me.
The other day a biker friend of mine showed up with 2 seized and broken studs on the exhaust ports, and I used a air hammer (chatter gun) to get the rusted on exhaust flange off, and got an idea. A chatter gun makes a heck of a lot of vibrations.
So late that might the beast enters my sleep and does the above bs and gets to about kip 7 and I decide to try a somewhat different chatter gun to break the stuffy sinus conditon.
I used a body massager which is supposed to be for my nerve damged legs and my suck assed back which I trashed years ago.
I jammed this vibrator to the eye ridge against my nose, and it worked, in fact it worked really well and in a moment or 2 the whole event was gone to PF...!!! 
I did this again with the vibrator held over my eye just off set from center, where there is a little more meat on my forehead, and it worked even better. 
I did it again last night, and once more it worked and killed the beast in it's tracks so far as i am concerned, so
IS anyone willing to look really goofy, and try this one?

I've tried this in the past, but guess I didn't find the right spot. I used it in my ear, eye, top of my head, neck - all over my head - along with O2. Never did abort the beast, but made my nose run better.
Hey, if it works for you -- do it... I won't say it didn't make mine feel a little better, but it just didn't abort them.
And remember -- don't let anyone heckle you - if it works for you -- it works and that's the main thing we're all looking for here.

Well so far I have been at Kip 6 maybe 7... and in under 5 minutes the event is a done deal.. I am not to sure I could pull this off at Kip 10.
At kip 10 I can't get my chit togther to preform much.. About the best I can do then is find the floor....

I actually tried it in the past with a vibrating body massager, before I had anything effective. I tried it on several kips 8 thru 10's but never had any luck.........As far as the head having an orgasm........nah....not going there......

How about a tiny man with a jack hammer...
I'm glad you're getting some relief. I would be cautious with that much vibration so close to your eye. It's possible that you could do some permanent damage to the eye.

That grenade in my head HURTS... I realy don't like drugs in any shape and form, other than bacca and caffine which it seems I can't live with out.
So far it works and I had no idea others tried it and it failed, or I may not have bothered...
So far I seem to be 1 for El Zippo for the rest, and I don't like that 1 bit...
My chatter gun is like a small jack hammer with varried bits for hammering and chiseling, with sheet metal cutters, and seems a tad harsh, as I believe it would shatter my skull, but hey maybe then this pain would have a place to escape??? Hmmmmm
Looking out my window to 5 " of new snow hasn't put me in a pleastant mood much either....

I have to admit, I tried this, too. Didn't work for me, more pissed me off than anything else. As long as it works for you, go for it. I would be careful getting too close to the eye, though. Might scramble things up in there and screw up your eyesight.
The things we do to ourselves in the name of pain relief...  ... there's got to be a book in that somewhere.

I've done this many times over the years. It's never aborted a hit that fast, but it was a distraction and something to do, and posibly helped it end a bit sooner. Sort of like overloading the nerves till they stop fireing was my "explaination" to myself.

I dunno mine came from a company called Brookstone.
In 79 I was in a bad bike crash, and broke my neck, 8 ribs, the clavical, lost my spleen and screwed up my back. Again in 87 I was crushed by a horse after it was spooked by a tourist while I was cleaning the left rear hoof, so I got it for my back...
i got a wife more than happy to assist in the "Deed"

I will still do it, but perhaps with more caution, since even this eye was out once for surgery. That was no fun either...

Ok I know whats up now... I am nearing the end of my cycle evidently...
last night was my night in this every other night bit I have been doing this time...
I knew it was the night, and so I decided to just rock with no buzz... no nuthin...
So about 10:30 pm I feel that nostril sting, which is the calling card, and then a few more moments go by and I get a pinge of pain and it subsides...
A little more time and we go into ramp up, and I hit maybe kip 4, and in 5 minutes it was a non event by doing nothing...
So probably all my blather is bunk... I still have a shadow as I type and probably will all damn day...
What gets me most is so many others have this worse than me.. I am a fixer type, and just can't stand I can't fix this for everyone....
i work in metals, wood, leather, and other stuff, and can fix damn near anything I can get my hands on and so it is natural for me to want to fix this too, but I can't....

I have this happen....I try something new and it works SO GREAT for the first few tries and then its like my head gets immune to the measures that worked before and I go into like a hyper CH mode for a couple of day where nothing works.....its pure hell....hopefully this will continue to work for you....thanks for sharing!

brian yeah it sucks... I can work on any kind of carbs on any kinds of bikes and do all theory for 12 volt anything, and even help others on line to get stuff fixed which I do every day for free...
I hand forge blades for knives, and make forgings for kitchen items and more, make cica 1750 -1840 items in wood using the tools of the day where it matter's, and even make all my own clothing and my wifes by hand from head to toe for historical re-enactments..
but I can't touch this..
