What makes me happy is waking up with sore muscles from a Saturday spent doing mindless yardwork. Cleaning out flower beds (all the ones my son and I dug from last year, remember?), planting pansies and bulbs then having a nice dinner with hubby and son.
What a nice day it was.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
