Happy Easter is indeed Hyvää Pääsiäistä.
And those kids are dressed up as trolls (not witches although the result is the same) and they decorate twigs with feathers and strings and go from door to door with a special poem which they say to the people. After that they get candy, chocolate, Easter eggs, cookies, coins or whatever as their reward and they wil give one of the decorated twigs. That's our version of "trick of treat".
