Once Upon A Time...

Once Upon A Time...
One upon a time...there was a wonderful place,
 
each person was respectful...each knowing their place.
 
This land it was so beautiful...friendship did abound, 
people supporting one and all...no judgements to be found. 
Comradery and community...those were the main goals,  
no throwing gas upon...bitter glowing coals. 
Alas at some point that gleeful land...did so get tarnished, 
egos and insensitivity...people's hearts all varnished. 
Now this tale it speaks of dread...that currently is so, 
it's no wonder so many...have resorted to just go.  
Some of us sure miss them...some simply just don't care,
I for one sure do hope...they are out there somewhere.
Check in won't you folks...let us know you're okay,
just a simple message...maybe "hi" or "hey"? 
Of this story I will finish...bringing it to a conclusion,
if some think your sad action's cute...it's only a delusion.
