Regulator Question

I use welders O2 with a standard O2 regulator and it works fine. But if for no other reason than for aesthetics I would like to use another method to attach the hose to the regulator output than the duct tape I use now.

Is there a standard 1 piece fitting to screw on to the welding regulator output that has the nipple thingy for a medical hose on it?

Thanks
Chris
