I just wanted to give sincere thanks for all the help I had here some weeks ago with my phenomenally frustrating PC speed, Norton/Symantec and RAM problems.
I know have a new system with loads of RAM which works instantaneously, making me realise how slow my old system was. I literally have halved the time it takes to do my online work and halved the number of fags I smoked waiting for the PC to fucking do something!

I've got a router
Decided Norton has become totally unwieldy and actually interferes with too many PC functions now to be practical and is ditched.
Am trialling AVG free virus and spyware software at the moment asI know others who have been happy with it for a long while and so far I am happy, though early days.
Thanks to all those who knew better than I did and gave good advice. It really helped

I had AVG until I realized how much it slows my puter down, so now I'm using NOD32 and it works spectacular!
Glad to see your puter is up to speed now.
