Since it's Marvel, maybe he'll be really dead.  If it was DC, there'd be a dozen parallel universes where he wasn't dead, or was sorta dead, or merely deadish.

Sorry to see you go, Cap...... Cry

Best,

And their harlequin eyes.
The pain they inspire
Draws in harmonica melodies
And the feathers of birds
Which flame up at their touch.

Yeah, what George said.
Superman died.  Batman died.  They all die.  It sells books.
They all come back.

On a side note...
Next time you are having sex with your wife/girlfriend/goat/whatever...
Pull out right before you get a nut... blow it in your hand...
Then you fling it at her and yell 'Spiderman!'

Yeah... that tale is always good for laughs when out drinking.

We have been reading the civil war story line in our house.  (Any mag that has a civil war tie in we got it)  It is sad that they are taking him out.  I think Cap had alot more to still offer.  Maybe they will bring him back in the Ultimate universe.  We are regular readers of Amazing Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman, Astonishing xmen, Ultimate xmen, New Avengers(more spidey fix).  Plus when they come out with big story lines we get the mags that go with it.  This is our form of entertainment.  Some people gamble, some smoke, some drink and party, comics is our vice.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

There ain't no justice.  Angry

Remember the Six Feet Under episode where a couple of comic book geeks try to retrieve a first edition comic from a casket? Better check out Popeye.

Eulogy for the Pillsbury Dough Boy

It is with the saddest heart that I pass on the following. Please join me in remembering a great icon.

The Pillsbury Dough boy died yesterday of a yeast infection and complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was only 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies and Captain Crunch.

The grave site was piled high with flours, as long-time friend Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy, describing Dough boy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

Dough boy rose quickly in show business but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he even still, as a crusty old man, was considered a roll model for millions. Toward the end it was thought that he would rise again, but alas, he was no tart.

Dough boy is survived by his wife, Play Dough, two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about twenty minutes.
