I am so I don't know POed might be the word!

You all know I posted about buying a camper, that was on the 10th ! We spent several days there trying to get special breaks for the truck to tow it. Well after we finally was able to get the truck and camper home. We had no keys. I recieved a master key to hold us till they found the right set. Wenesday I got a call from a lady there to tell me I could go to the tag office and pick up my tag. Buddy takes all the paper work to the tag office. The information is not in their computer.
Today I am boiling now. I called the place told them I wanted to talk to the head man. They knew by my voice I meant it.
I told him I was tired of the BS. That I wanted someone from there to be at my house Monday morning and all new locks put on it. The man called back tonight said they would be here 10:00 Monday Morning and do just that. They also called the tag office and we can pick the tag up Monday. We are taking it to the race track the 10th and I want every thing done right.
Just had to vent...I am still mad.
What happen to good service? Where did it go?

I guess your right, it just doesn't seem right.
I tried real hard to be nice. I was untill today.
I just feel like when you buy something new it should be right when delivered. To me the only thing worst would be to deliever it without weels.
But on the bright side we are camping in it tonight! It rained last week end. This week end we are trying it out.

So sorry you are going thru these problems. I know how excited you all are about the camper and these problems only dampen your spirits. I hope that once you get everything straightened out, you can put all this behind you and enjoy your time away from home. There is nothing like camping....it is so much fun!!
As far as good service...I think it is a thing of the past. No one seems to care anymore. I have been waiting since 8:00 AM to have Verizon install my fiber optic internet connection. I called earlier this afternoon when no one had showed up, the rep said he would call me back in 5 minutes which didn't happen (no surprise there, eh?),called Verizon again and was told the rep would be here at 4:00, got another call saying he would be here at 5:00 and guess what? No one has arrived here yet.
The installation is going to take about 4 hours so now my plans to go out to dinner have been squashed.
You are not alone in your anger and disappointment so vent away, My Lady!!!!

Just so you know - I still have my little "envelope" with me everywhere I go and it always makes me smile, it certainly raised my spirits while I was in hospital this past week. I don't think I've ever had a gift that means as much

Disappears the day employees are told that anything not on the screen doesn't matter.
Happy for you though. Spending time drunk in the camper will help you get over your angst.
