With the nasty storms that have and are still rumbling thru the southern states and east coast and snow in the north, it's time for a role call to be sure we are all ok. Check in y'all, please?

Just got hydro back here, everything ok just snow and freezing rain. Not so good in Alabama though, our prayers from Canada for those afflicted by these storms. Barry

Not as much snow as last time, but this is heavier and wetter than last time. Got the Aztek stuck at the mouth of the parking lot on the way in to work this morning, and a good neighbor who was plowing out the condos across the street came and helped me get out of the slush and snow and mud that was keeping me bound in place. Some people still have the spirit of kindness within them to help a stranger.

Brutally windy here near STL all night. A bird feeder came down... the horror! And two pieces of plywood I had leaning against the deck stairs laid themselves down. 41 degrees now... no precipitation.

12.8" of snow here in the Omaha area and cold with roads that are a nightmare. First Blizzard warning for the metro in 10 years - the whole city shut down. Sheesh, it's only a foot - try living in upstate NY for awhile...this isn't snow, it's just a dusting Cat the arctic snow kitty

| WOW ! 100" of snow ! I cant even start to imagine what its like! Plus ice on top, that would be really dangerous to go anywhere. Please take care everyone, sounds like some of you have it pretty tough there. Wish I could send you some of the heat and sunshine from Sydney ... Painfree days and nights to all. Annette
