This is funny. I got 11/11 as well and yet only other 3 have "ever scored this high" - and I did the test after KOP! Gotta love IQ tests... Sanna

People putting together an intelligence test should at least be as intelligent as their subjects, duh. Having to guess at the rules of some obscure game takes about as much intelligence as 'knowing' the middle name of the Lonesome Rider's grandad. But worse, assuming that illegal and impossible are synonyms points to rock bottom intelligence. Unless there is a law in California that explicitly forbids a dead man to marry, the answer to question 5 must be 'yes'. Another 'smart' test from not so smart people.

Tickle.com has a pretty complete IQ test (PhD certified) http://www.tickle.com IQ test This was my result (all of the following text is from their site): 135 You scored 135 on Tickle's IQ test. This means that based on your answers, your IQ score is between 125 and 135. Most people's IQs are between 70 and 130. In fact, 95% of all people have IQs within that range. 68% of people score between 80 and 120. There's more to intelligence than a single number, a single score or a single label. Tickle uses four distinguishable Intelligence Scales in the Ultimate IQ Test. By analyzing your individual scores on those four scales, we are able to look beyond the raw IQ score into how you process information and thereby determine your Intellectual Type. You are equipped with a verbal arsenal that enables you to understand complex issues and communicate on a particularly high level. These talents make you a Word Warrior. Whether or not you recognize it, your vocabulary is your strongest suit, use it whenever you can. Since your command of words is so great, you are also a terrific communicator — able to articulate big ideas to just about anyone. Your wordsmithing prowess will also help in artistic and creative pursuits. The power of words translates to fresh ideas off paper too. Since you have so many words at your disposal, you are in a unique position to describe things in an original way, as well as see the future in your mind's eye. In short, your strengths allow you to be a visionary — able to extrapolate and come up with a multitude of fresh ideas. And you are in good company — bask in the brilliance of Word Warriors who have walked before you. William Shakespeare let loose the power of his pen. His ability to articulate the most subtle nuances of human nature and to create colorful characters are why his stories still have a major impact — even 400 years after he first wrote them. Whether you put pen to paper or use your understanding of the words around you to come up with creative approaches to problems, your potential as a Word Warrior is terrific.

Sheesh. Some mothers' kids. The first "test" is a just for fun, "gotcha" kind of page to see if you were actually reading the question before answering. Most of the people who missed questions actually knew the answer, they just didn't read the question fully. For example the Ark question. I missed that one because I paid more attention to the how many animals part of the question than who's ark it was. That one was a double gotcha. As far as the illegal versus impossible: the question is: Is it legal for a man in California to marry his widow's sister? In other words, Can a dead man marry his wife's sister? There's the "gotcha." A dead person cannot consent to a binding contract, therefore it would be illegal. It would not, however, be impossible. It is California, after all? Now, that is the basic premise of the question, but if you take the question and the possibilities a step further, it may not be illegal, either. A person with a General Power of Attorney might be able to legally sign for the dead person, in which case, the dead man (via his proxy) can legally consent. The question is, does a Power of Attorney expire upon a person's death? And spinning the whole thing around another 360 degrees, if a person is capable of entering into legal contracts after his death via a Power of Attorney, then wouldn't his current commitments remain in force - meaning wouldn't he still be legally married? If that's the case, it would be illegal, because it is illegal to be married to two people at the same time in the US. On the other hand...wait, that's already two hands. On the other foot, part of the traditional ceremony does say "until death do us part." Assuming that phrase was used in the original ceremony and if that is a legally binding statement, then the man would be released from his marriage commitment upon his death and be legally able (via proxy - assuming the proxy is still viable) to marry his wife's sister. But how desperate would the sister have to be to marry a dead man? Well, unless she was also dead - and round we go again. Basically, we have a tendency to think too much and to take ourselves too seriously. Lighten up and enjoy the ride.

| Not really, she doesnt have to be dead. If the man was filthy rich and marrying him when he is already dead means that she will get his estate then I guess she would be smart to do so, not desperate Annette

The Intelligence Test, better than any IQ test You GOT a score of 11 out of 11 You rating: Only 3 people have ever scored this high This is based on the Simon Evans score rating system answers below Apparently, the makers of the test can't count!! Kinda fun though!! Said my love life would "blossom soon".... That's pretty accurate... I'm taking a trip on the 21st to see my girlfriend who lives 1000 miles away!! Take care all!!
