Thanks for the reminder, Lizzie! I've never had it happen to me, but I've heard horror stories of people who lost hundreds of dollars just by not making the proper claims. My company has gone one step beyond and has WageWorks provide us with a Visa card that draws directly out of our health care savings account. Very nice to be able to lay a credit card on the counter when going to doctor's appointments, the pharmacy, buying cold medicine, etc.
