Hi all Terry here in very cold and windy DavCon I have a tax ? for all the smart people out there can I use the OUCH donations I sent to the MIL convention last summer on my taxes I have pics and a list with rough prices of worth ? Terry

If you itemize AND you have reciepts from the place you donated them to (shouldn't be hard to forge obtain)

Only if you intemize your deductions. If you recieved back from OUCH.... the items that did not sell, you may have to claim them as income on your next yr.s tax return.

If you itemize you can take them as "in kind" donations (at full market value). OUCH should have sent you a statement for donations with their tax number on it (you'll need that to take this donation and the date it was donated). If you don't have a receipt from OUCH ask the treasuer for one. Hugs BD
