That's adorable!! The one thing I miss about my job is being able to see them when they are at the point where they are laughing and interacting. Some of them stay with us to the point where they are truly smiling - not just an accidental smile - and I love when I can make them smile....especially since they've had such a rough start in life!! But at our NICU memorial, one of the families brought their surviving twin, and I have stayed in touch with them. And she smiled and laughed - and I just absolutely melted. I could do anything and she would laugh. It made me feel like everything I do is worth it. It was so awesome. Thanks for posting that!
